Hand Made

This small serving dish was hand made in Morocco, where we bought it ten years ago or so. We have four of them, with different background hues...ochre, purple etc. They have been supremely useful and aesthetically pleasing and to celebrate I hand made the lemon rind that you see as part of a 'mis en place' cooking exercise.
