Framed without Glass

Took a wee moment after Doctors appointment to sit down at the Harbour in Charlestown just to reflect before work in a calm space, and, take a few pictures of course.
With some help from a Blip Pro (cheers fella), going with this wee snap from the harbours edge, feel it shows my frame of mind well just now:-)
