Feeding Frenzy

It’s very therapeutic sitting at my desk, looking out the window and watching the local birds scramble over the half loaf of bread I’ve just thrown out for them.

Maybe that’s just the painkillers kicking in.

After this morning’s walk around Linhouse, the site manager gave me some wood for a fence that was surplus. As I was moving it, my back went pop!

Haven’t had a back issue for over a year but it was incredibly painful.

Had a nice 10am meeting with a colleague in Oz (Melbourne).
