Pizza
Pizza with prosciutto, kale, and arugula. Wine: Marcarini Larasrin Nebbiolo Langhe 2019.
The pizza and wine were both delicious. I cooked the pizza with kale and prosciutto so both would get crisp, and I added the arugula (tossed in Maussane olive oil) and more prosciutto to the top afterward.
