Cooking By Numbers

We seem to have spent most of the day looking through photos to choose some for the FIL's order of service. Then we had a short call from the minister who will be conducting the service for us. A short 5 minute call which developed into 40 minutes, but we did manage to sort out a lot of the detail.

As I result I only took one photo today. We did another Hello Fresh meal. It's very much cooking by numbers but it is taking us into new areas. I had never heard of bok choy before we used it in the Chicken & Plum Noodle Stir-Fry we did this evening. The final dish was very tasty but looked nothing like the illustration in the instructions.

Tomorrow we are off to Castle Bromwich again to see a couple of estate agents about the house. We may have another look in the loft.
