New floor - day 2

Lots of stuff done today in the new house. The living room floor is now ready, as you can see here. The room above the living room, which will be Nienke’s room, is also ready: painting was done some time ago and the vinyl floor was finished today. In the meantime, the house was also inspected by NCG to see if it is structurally sound. A report will be ready in about two weeks...

In between all the working sounds, I tried to do my own work as well. Here’s some free advise: don’t be a meeting chairman when sawing and hammering is taking place at the other side of the wall...

I’m very pleased with the end result though. The floor looks awesome!
