Broadband - Sorted

Informed yesterday that BT would text me regarding engineer visit. Instead i received an email which I could just about view on my phone but not open properly and text messages on landline.  So patently not what I was informed. As the window of visit was 1-6pm I quickly went to the supermarket. 
Engineers arrived around 2pm and had everything sorted in minutes. And gave coherent advice which contradicted phone advice. OH much happier as am I.
Not as sunny as yesterday but still pleasant to read in the garden with my loyal hound at my feet. Indeed as I write he's resting his head against me on the sofa.
