On a pedestal

Couldn't resist this being today's blip, she's a super model.

Volunteer shift first thing, I'm slowly settling in to a pattern. Every shift is sooooooo busy. Busy is good, but obviously busy is bad.

A long zoom with a friend going through tough times in the afternoon, left me wondering how the world will be after all this is done, what the new normal will be. Zoom may be a poor poor substitute for a hug, but it's so much better than a call. I think it will become a part of that new normal.

Wonderfully warm on our evening stroll, hope it lasts as long as it did last year.
