Boundary Wood

Dropping my son's car off for new front brakes at an industrial estate, took the opportunity to walk around an adjacent wood. Also close to the Miners Welfare Club, it looks to have been planted on an old slag heap. It exceeded my expectations with lots of catkin laden Willows (I think) and other native species. A range of orchids have been planted along side the main path, which I'm told should flower in about a month.

Attended my 2 monthly Nottingham NHS pain pathway group today, and following an attendee request, set up a Facebook Group, which people seem to be enthusiastic about. I think members will find it very useful, but let's see. 17 signed up so far.
