Quintin Hogg, philanthropist

Managed a walk out at lunchtime. This time I headed off towards Portland Place and found this statue of Quintin Hogg on a traffic island surrounded by parked scooters.

There are so many interesting plaques, memorials and statues around, I'm having fun spotting them and then finding out more about the people involved.
