River life

I met a friend today on the river at oenton hook. They live on a gated estate there. I walked into lalham and then along the tow path to their place. It was so peaceful sitting on the bench outside their gate. Although it was 10 am it seemed much earlier but then I suppose thus time last week it would have been 9am. After our natter I walked to notcutts where Alan picked me up.
Then this afternoon we went to the friend who has been so ill recently . He is very fragile but in good form. Whilst in hospital he had trouble sleeping so spent the night writing limericks.
Whilst there another friend turned up and it was good to see her too
Home dinner, feet up and TV for the evening. Tomorrow it’s wisley
Had a quick chat with Canada and Brooklyn had her tongue ties lasered today by the dentist. A simple procedure but she is wriggly child and managed to freee her hands from the tight swaddling. On child painkiller but already eating differently and making shapes with her mouth that she couldn’t do before
