Maggie

Maggie was one of my closest school friends. We really only got to know each other in 6th form. But our friendship lasted many decades. Sadly she died on 12 March and today was a celebration of her life. Jack and I watched online.

Maggie had 5 children, now all grown up with children of their own. 12 grandchildren, all of whom were there to put flowers on Bibi's coffin (That was their name for grandma...wise older woman...I think in Urdu)

A beautiful service to celebrate the girl who would act out her favourite films, playing all the characters...South Pacific and West Side Story.....better than watching the film!
