Talk about.......

.....frustration!  I decided to make JO's Scruffy Aubergine Lasagne for lunch.  It took me ages, seemed to involve masses of stages and then....needed 25 minutes to bake after all that!  It was okay (ish) and even though I'd halved the recipe I froze half of it for another time.  Warm sunny day, we're being spoilt for a while!
