time for a nice sit

today i woke with a horrific stomach ache and a throbbing shin...work was busy and i was being mithered more than i would have liked...met karen for lunch and a gossip in the sun...and felt a bit poorly...or was is hayfever...i am still in denial that i may be allergic to trees...everyone got giddy about the football...think i need more sleep...dad made me laugh a lot and now it's time for a brew and a sit infront of the footie :-)
