Rent These Days

We've got these birdhouses all over the neighborhood. The rent for this one, as painted on the other side, is $950 a month.

This one is in a small park, about the size of two lots, a couple blocks up from our house. The building in the background, to the right, is the former Riverwest Public House, a community-owned bar, shuttered as a result of our friend covid.

Many of these birdhouses also have HBO. This one, sadly, does not.
