Looking Over Clark Cottage
Today is a borrowing day, predicting May's weather. A windy day, with showers first thing. Turned into a beautiful sunny afternoon. Clouded over this evening, wind calmed and rained started.
I've had the day off, and up early. Out walkies with Sammy after breakfast. Met up with mam and Laura for lunch, and then we headed north for a run. Met friend Julie for walkies this evening. Feet up now.
I had a flower pot to drop back to cousin Eileen, and popped by the garden for a visit. It was great to have a catchup. She showed us around aunt Ruby's garden, and what she's got planned, and also might need us for a helping hand later in spring. While I was there, I took a walk with Sammy up the old peat hill road, which has splendid views, and looks over uncle Jackie's house too. His trees have fairly grown now.
