The weather didn’t close in as early as expected, so that was a good thing.

The Irish Times magazine usually gives me at least one good recipe a week, this week it’ll probably try three of their recipes. Tonight it’s grilled lamb chops with spinach, cumin, almonds and apricots. Very good.
