Mono Monday - Portraits

When I saw the mono Monday theme I knew I wanted a portrait of one of the butchers at the market. There is so much texture surrounding them as they work, perfect in black and white, and it really gives a sense of location. I had photographed this particular vendor back in 2014. He has changed shops since then and possibly moved up a position or two as well.
