Choppy waters

It was very windy this morning - so much so that the usual calm waters of Inverleith boating pond were very choppy. I passed them on my way home from my annual check-up at the Western General Hospital. It's already three years since the shock of my breast cancer diagnosis and operation.

Also today I did a little (unavoidable) work, gardened, and made a vat of tomato, pepper and basil soup.

Exercise today: walking (~10.5k steps) and gardening.
