The Watts in springtime

With lock down easing slightly Paola and I took the opportunity to meet for the first time in ages, (probably over a year), and what better place to meet than the Watts cemetery in Compton.
As you can see it lived up to expectations as did the glorious weather!
I have added a shot of the path leading up the hill as my first extra, and the shot of the blue scilla I was photographing when Paola so kindly photographed me spread-eagled on the path!! lol at least i managed to get up again!
It was sooo good to be able to talk face to face again, and sooo good to be able to leave Horsham, the Watts is only 18 miles away, but it felt like a real expedition!
On another note, My Orange tip eclosed today, so I will release him tomorrow where I found the tiny larva last May.
