Quiche Lorraine

Back blipping

Chilled the pastry, blind baked it then 10 mins baking without the beans and the pastry was still a little 'dense'.  I also used a too small flan dish as I wasn't sure which one I'd used before.  Ho hum!  I jokingly told Bb that's why they're called Quiche Lorraine and not Quiche Catherine!   They were edible, but much room for improvement.  This was shop-bought pastry by the way, not even made from scratch!!
