Flowering Currant

I can confirm that the afternoon tea, pictured yesterday was delicious; it is likely that I will purchase one for us for a special event or just for a summer afternoon treat.
 
I did very little yesterday other than cooked a roast and then watch the Formula One. It was a very exciting start to the season and a very good result.  
 
Today’s picture is of some of the flowers on our flowering currant shrub.
 
The temperature at GMT noon was thirteen degrees Celsius. Although it was a fairly high temperature it was windy, which made it feel very cold.
