Art or Vandalism??

Walking thru the "innocent railway", there was a whole lot of "street art" on the walls of the tunnel.

It got me thinking about what Art is deamed as Vandalism and what is not!!

There was a lot of creativity on show and even though there were many images and words that I would not share, someone (or some folk) has (have) gone to alot of trouble to create an image.

And just because I may not like what I see, does that make it not right to create.

And is it OK for "Banksy" to create an image on the side of a building or is that Vandalism as well??

Oh for the gathering of friends and a bottle of wine or 2 to discuss such weighty matters!!!
