Cheating?

Didn't go out today, but downloaded a trial version of Topaz Adjust to help me get closer to the effects achieved by Dcred and others. There's only a few (of my photos) that need more than the basic filters I can get in Windows 10, but the software helped me achieve pretty much what I had in mind with this shot, that I was unable to achieve otherwise. 

Is excessive processing 'cheating'? Some might say so... And we know that Blip has to be a photo taken today, whereas the one featured was earlier in the month, but the photo of the computer was of course today. So yes, that's a cheat. I also include the finished version as an extra. It won't be to everyone's taste, but it's what I was after! (Bit of a pale imitation of photos like this; I'm not quite there yet tbh!!)
