Those Were The Days

There are some things that effortlessly bring a smile to your face. The range of 'empties' in today's photo were directly opposite me as I came out of the news agents this morning.
As I drove in I fondly recalled the days when Clare and I would stagger to the bottle bank to deposit a week ends worth of empties having first sorted them into clear, green and brown.
These days you don't even have to to that, all collected from right outside your door.

Wish I still had the stamina!!
