Pud!

I only managed 2 course of our fabulous dinner last night, so I saved this treat for this afternoon.

Tarte à la frangipane et poire pochée.
Saffron liqueur poached pear in a frangipane tart served with chocolate dipped Flor de Caňa rum marinated raspberries, crème anglaise and raspberry coulis.

And one of my 5 a day ;)
