Water Droplet Montage

In this afternoon's water droplet session I was going for colour and sparkle. This was achieved using coloured gels over the four flash heads reflected off a crinkled metal foil background. The colours obtained can seem almost surreal and you inevitably get some blown highlights but who cares if you can create some nice bokeh effects. I found in lightening up the shadows the surface of the water seemed to have light trails within. Not something you would probably want to live with on your walls but good fun nonetheless.
