at the Walled Garden at the Castle. The collector long since passed on and the magnificent specimens have overgrown the avenue and demolished part of the wall. Still impressive though. The door in the background is two metres tall, so that provides scale.
The Snowdrops are finishing here now, but have lasted well.
There were still lots of Fieldfares.
