Dreich

A horrible wet and cold Sunday today. A short canal walk in the afternoon took us past these new signs where hubby was pleased to see his name and his photos used. He demanded a photo of himself beside the sign of course.

Now the fire is on and we have Sunday roast and a glass of red to look forward to before another week starts. Book group tonight where we were reading The Gathering Night by Margaret Elphinstone. I found it very slow with a boring ending but maybe OK if you are interested in history.
