Bert says it looks like a witch. I say it looks like a native American, because you see that teepee over there on the right side of the slope. I see a Santa Claus in it when it is almost December and a walker when it is summer. Just as I cycled past it, it was a priest. Interesting actually what you see in it in the first instance. On closer inspection, taking the time to get off of the bike, I didn't see anything. It's the back of an historic road shrine.
