Ellie 'using'

When they visited on Saturday, our friends A & A brought a gift of a couple of extra strong catnip toys for our cats. Ellie and Roxie are usually totally underwhelmed by catnip, but A &A were convinced they could make junkies of them yet with these irresistibly potent toys.

I can now report that, so far, Roxie has remained steadfast in her abstinence, but Ellie has succumbed a little. Nothing like the show of total ecstasy you see in some cats though.

I had hoped to post a blip of her playing enthusiastically, but this shot proves she is at least interested.
