The Cascade

Took it easy this morning, I was feeling OK but still really drained.  At times it was wet and wild outside and at other times it was sunny and wild.  I pottered, doing a few chores and even risked hanging some washing out.  I had ordered lunch from a café in town, so late morning I headed out to pick it up.  It was much colder than it looked, and I walked a little bit along the road, then returned home to put on my winter coat and gloves.  BB’s toastie weighed a ton and was twice the size of ours – but he devoured it in what seemed like seconds.  I on the other hand only ate half of mine. A good and filling  lunch!
I needed a few things for tea, and should have been better organised and shopped earlier.  Anyway, I had a wee river walk combined with a shop, then came home and made tea.
Later TT Zoomed.  My Zoom was called off, which is probably just as well, as I fell asleep watching TV, and was in bed quite early.
This cascade is not far from here, and is a remnant of the grandeur of the Amisfield Estate.
