It's action packed at the Hoy Pier

Preparing the tunnel for sowing.  CMC preparing to plant tatties.  Discussed the future use of our bothy.  

I met friends who have both had Covid.  D had was in the Balfour (Kirkwall Hospital) but had to be flown down to Aberdeen.  He spent an age there.  He didn’t seem to be able to articulate how frightening it was.  He said the nursing support and care was immaculate.  He spoke at length.  It made salutary listening. 

I went to my Mum’s for an update.
