Magnolia

The magnolia has started to blossom.  Hurray.

The kids had knitting this morning and they have finished their easter presents. I will try and post a picture of one before Easter as they are brilliant.

My parents have kindly lent us one of their cars so that has solved a huge problem for now.

A friend of mine who lives locally texted me today.  He was asked by a man and a woman what type of dog he had.  He wasn't in the mood to talk to them.  Later that day he found out that the same couple had asked someone else. when they responded and started chatting a white van drew up ready to steal the dog.  It seems that it wasn't the right kind of dog, so the inquisitive couple shook their heads and the van drove away.  All very scary and unsettling and there have been lots of similar stories near by.  Horrible horrible people.
