Wootton Wawen Aqueduct

Woken up during the night to a terrific hail storm. Hail stones still on the ground at 08:00 this morning.

A walk along the Stratford Canal this afternoon. Windy and overcast for much of the time but a great walk with few people around.

Saw these two paddle boarders navigating the canal so they made my choice for the Blip today. The first extra shows how narrow the waterway was in places.  The second shows the Woottton Aqueduct which was erected by the Stratford Canal company in 1813.
