Yuri Gagarin

Died on 27th March 1968

First person in outer space - 60th anniversary of that trip in April of this year

He died a young man and sadly coped badly with ‘life on earth’ after his voyage.

He was born in a small village called Klushino in a remote part of Russia and he travelled into outer space.

I think Yuri was an interesting person. I have given him a decoration for his lapel of an aeroplane which is on my charm bracelet. I think he would have approved (although I doubt he would have approved of my artwork) sorry Yuri
