Keto bread

Today I made the “best keto bread ever” (Deirdre’s Kitchen if you are interested) and I have to say it was pretty good! Didn’t toast brilliantly but great to have avo on toast!

When I first started keto I tried all sorts of bready recipes and gave up as they were all hideous but this one I will try again.
