frost - and a heart

up early. someone else seemed to have been up for an early walk. (see better large).
visited a very good friend who was taken to hospital last night with a heart attack. such a shock, obviously not as much of a shock as it must have been for her. i would have been just nearby last night if i hadnt come to do a month in the Borders, rather ironic. but at least the hospital is reachable.
Anyway apparently the cardio ward in the Infirmary is very good, so that is reassuring. This is where the bus pass comes into it's own!
