Shorn

Miserable and cold. Drove 5mns to Southbourne. Walked up and down the High Street. Bought fresh goodies at the fruit shop (enjoyed the asparagus for dinner - will have artichoke tomorrow). And flat white at Harry’s, coffee sourced from Sicily, not our usual preference, but made a change.

Walked back the long way via the cliff-top, and Fisherman’s Walk where I noticed the trees have had a short back and sides. My blip today.

See a new coffee shop ‘Little Perth’ is opening in Southbourne (another one ....). One owner is Australian, so should know how to make a good coffee. No prizes for guessing which city he’s from.
