Rain stopped play for my run of 11 treks to Cramond before work; OT occupied the morning (along with prep for a weekend of the boys)
To school to fetch Alex and Tom also joined us for lunch.
An afternoon of scraping together some firewood and rustling up a bolognese; Pensioner's SK had expressed her concern about the nutritional intake of Granton's premier blipping mariner so I dragged the Ciglettes along to the beach and ignited the firewood as Pensioner sauntered over the road and joined us for spaghetti bolognese (there was Grand Padano and everything) and some of Fife's finest Brewshed ale to wash it all down with. Oh and a brief appearance on the PhilSoc zoom chat.
Sadly the sun disappeared after we'd eaten and the cold didn't so much creep up as sprint and leaving the embers to be fought over, we bade Pensioner adieu and headed off to watch France v Scotland.
