Lockdown No3 - Day 81

Always makes me smile when I see Percy Pigeon taking a shower like this in the heavy rain (the whitish stripes in the pic). And right now we need all the smiles we can get...

A day spent at the computer placing numerous orders for different people, including some groceries for our next-door neighbour who is self-isolating with her family after her husband tested positive for Coronavirus at the weekend. He was already in self-isolation as a colleague at the local primary school where he works had tested positive, and then on day 8 of his self-isolation he tested positive himself, so had to start another 10 days of isolation. Luckily he hasn't been seriously ill with the virus, and his wife and three children aren't showing any symptoms, yet. Sadly it was inevitable that with the return to school, the number of cases would start increasing. Scary when it's on your doorstep, literally...

Heavy downpours this morning, followed by a sunny afternoon, but a strong cold wind that kept the temperature right down. Apparently next week we're in for temperatures in the low 20s! Woohoo!!
