Uke 'n' Cake

On Friday mornings  we always look forward to our  YouTube uke class.Today, more than  fifty of us tuned in. There is always lively chat during the lesson about the  songs we're  doing but recently there has also been a food theme going on.  So, by the end of today's lesson, our teacher Andy, had suggested we submit pics of our Easter  baking efforts for a collage at next week's special Good Friday  class.  
We are also promised the annual treat of playing "Here comes Peter Cottontail hopping down the bunny trail"...... !

This is my submission: my first attempt at an orange, honey and polenta cake. Such a shame we can't share our baking with our fellow ukers, as we used to, at many of our Uke Jams.
