After the Rain

Blustery wind this morning then a downpour just after lunch. Had already decided to try capturing these Scilla as they're in a sheltered spot & are looking good at the moment. They're also very small, so this involved kneeling on a plastic sheet on the lawn & trying to support the camera as firmly as I could, letting the macro autofocus as this camera doesn't have a flip-out screen. OK, I could have swapped the lens onto the camera which does, or I could have found a way to support the camera in the place that the tripod doesn't reach (or not without a lot of faffing, reversing the central column) but by then the wind had started getting up again..
