Mother

She was born 1917 and passed away 2013. The photo might have been taken around 1919 - 20. At the age of our grandchild Josefine is today.  Think I see some similarity in her with Josefine. My mother was the last in the sibling group of the 8 children. She was the only girl. I always respected and loved her for the kind, strong genuine person and mother she was. She grew up in much harder times than we experience today, and I don`t believe she was laughing as much when she was 2-3 years old,  as Josefine does today. I don`t know though, but she is for sure not smiling to the photographer which I believe Josefine would have done.
