Boots of Pain!

S & J invited me out to go ice skating this afternoon - now don't get me wrong, I really enjoy ice skating, but those boots are agony!

S was impressed that after 10 years she was able to still skate - J was impressed that she was able to control her balance enough to get around without holding on - I am just happy that I didn't fall over and am hoping the feet and ankles forgive me one day soon!

And how come I had to have laces, S & J only had to do up some clips!
