Steaming compost

An email came from the local council inviting people from the village to collect compost. The green waste has gone to a recycling centre on the coast and has been returned to the village for free collection. What a great idea! We filled a bag with as much as we could lift into the boot. I actually bought a couple of bags on Tuesday but this extra load won’t go to waste.
Thanks to all who wished me well when I was feeling pretty rough writing yesterday’s blip. I had an acute sinusitis attack which the painkillers didn’t really touch. However it eased overnight and it is much more manageable today.
