Wind Vane

Spotted this morning, while standing for a few minutes, waiting for a friend to arrive.....
.I’ve never noticed it before..
..and I certainly wouldn’t have spotted it,  if I were driving!

A meteorological instrument used for showing the direction that the wind is blowing from......
Traditionally found on church towers or steeples.....but this one is in a residential area.
