Nest builders.

The wee birds were out in force today, gathering material to take away to build their nests. Now most of our ivy is down, they will, sadly, not be nesting in our garden this year.
The Thursday walk saw us pop into the bakery, where we got a loaf & some hot-cross-buns. Nice. Then more chores in the house, followed by us singing 'happy birthday' on the phone to Dad, who turned 86 today.
