Smelly dilemma

Not this one - clearly there is no question that you should pick up your dog poo - but it's related.

Sam is choosing between two houses in Brighton for next year.  He's sharing with 3 other people (2 girls and 2 boys altogether).  Should they go for the house that has an extra toilet or the house that has an extra shower.
