Piggy checking Dave isn’t being henpecked by his bossy wife. They were actually having a companionable side by side almost cuddle.

Lots of walking today starting with an early one with my swimming buddy. He’s doing really well increasing the distance every walk after his hip replacement last year.

My second walk was from the harbour along the seafront with my other swimming friend at lunchtime. We bumped into mutual friends from the gym so it was nice to have a quick chat with them.
